By accessing or using x-n.dev ("the Platform"), operated by bxng.com ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
x-n.dev is a platform that enables users to compare and evaluate the performance of AI models side by side — including large language models (LLM), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) providers. Users define test scenarios, configure use cases with prompts, audio files, and parameters, and run arenas where multiple AI models process the same inputs in parallel for comparison.
The Platform does not provide AI model inference directly. Users must supply their own API keys from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Cartesia, and others) to use the comparison features.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may register using email and password or through supported third-party authentication providers (e.g., Google). By using third-party login, you authorize us to access limited profile information (name and email) as provided by that service.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and managing API keys from third-party AI providers. x-n.dev stores your API keys encrypted and uses them exclusively to make requests on your behalf during arena runs.
We are not responsible for any charges, rate limits, usage policies, or terms imposed by third-party providers. You must comply with the terms of service of each provider whose API keys you use on the Platform.
The Platform operates on a subscription model with three tiers: Trial, Pro, and Team. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of "runs" — one run equals one request executed against one AI model in an arena.

To ensure fair access and platform stability, we apply operational limits including but not limited to: the number of arenas that can run simultaneously per organization, the size of uploaded audio files, the number of models per arena, and the number of members per workspace. These limits vary by plan and may change over time. Current limits are shown in the Platform interface.
Audio files generated or uploaded during arena runs are retained for a period that depends on your plan: 7 days for Trial, 30 days for Pro, and 90 days for Team. After this period, audio files are automatically deleted. Text results and metadata are retained for as long as your account is active.
You retain ownership of all content you create on the Platform, including scenarios, prompts, audio files, and arena configurations. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not sell, share, or use your content for training AI models or for any purpose beyond service delivery.
The Platform supports multi-tenant workspaces ("Organizations"). Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing members, permissions, and the run balance used by the workspace. We are not liable for actions taken by members within your organization.
We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, x-n.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of runs, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from your use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not responsible for the output quality, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party AI model accessed through the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the Platform or other users. Upon termination, unused subscription runs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may delete your account at any time through your organization settings.
